By accessing or using the Milo App ("Milo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app or any related services.

Description of Service

Milo is an AI-powered assistant designed to help users manage workflows, generate ideas, analyze documents, and automate daily tasks. Features may include chat, voice interaction, image generation, news discovery, task planning, and integrations with third-party services such as Google Workspace.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Milo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Milo to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
Interfere with the operation of the app or other users' accounts.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or otherwise engage in activity that harms the service or its users.

Google Workspace Integrations

Milo may request access to your Google account to provide features that interact with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Docs. These integrations are provided strictly to deliver app functionality — for example, reading, summarizing, searching, drafting, or creating content at your direction.

Milo does not use your Google data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it beyond what is necessary to operate the requested feature. You may revoke Milo's access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's policies and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and designs provided by Milo remain the property of Milo or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create using the app. We do not claim ownership over user-generated content, but you grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Milo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should verify important information before relying on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
